The triple room is cozy and offers convenient amenities like a mini fridge and individual safe, while its superb location by the sea allows for easy exploration on foot, making it our go-to choice whenever we visit the area.

Great location. Room was large enough for 3 people. The outdoor landscaing with the gardens and flowers was lovely.

Decor needs updating. Green walls not a relaxing color. Also having a queen with a single would be a better option to 3 single beds. No pool or hottub to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

Cozy bed, a nice new room with a big TV that has all the channels 📺, air conditioning, and a safe to keep your stuff secure.

Overall it was stylish with balcony.

We loved this hotel. The staff were superb and attentive to our every need, the hotel is located a few feet from the beautiful beach, the included breakfast buffet was fantastic and the overall location was along restaurant row so our food choices were many. I highly recommend this place whether you are traveling as a family or as a single person or a couple. Vina is truly beautiful and we felt that this was the best place we could have stayed.

The WiFi in our room was sporadic.

The hotel was spotless with delicious breakfasts. the location was exceptionally nice and perfect, just a short walk away from Enjoy Casino. Actually everything was modern. My next choice again in Vina del Mar.

Good experience there. Newly decorated hotel with very modern style and attentive staff. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location just next door to many restaurants, and Vina Del Mar or Valparaiso. Again, walking distance to Acapulco beach Vina del Mar. Comfortable bed in the a double room, plus a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The overall experience was enjoyable, with a great quality service and friendly staff, and the rooftop bar was fantastic.

The staff was very accommodating. Super clean room and quiet floor (2nd floor). Great location. Breakfast buffet is plentiful.

The place was really clean and fancy. the staff were super attentive - the best we've had in a while. When we got here, they had our wheelchair-accessible room all set up with a cozy king bed and a beautiful sea view. 🌊
